...or The Story of How Two Famous Blonds Met and Conquered

Well, folks, these's just no denying that 2009 was Lady Gaga's year no matter how you slice it, and 2010 is sure to be even bigger for the pop star. And we all know what happens when you hit it big, don't we?
I know what you're thinking....and no, it's not a wax structure at Madame Tussaud's (Sorry Brangelina), or a star on Hollywood Boulevard. It's bigger than that, or rather smaller (11.5 " tall to be exact). If you guessed being immortalized in plastic by Mattel's very own little leading lady, Barbie, then you get the prize!!!

Let's face it, Robert Pattinson has a doll, the Olsen twins have already jumped on the bandwagon and yes, ladies and gentlemen, in the following pics you will even see a likeness to the great Beyonce herself! I know, and just after Christmas too.
So take a look as some of these fascinating ensembles inspired by the Lady of bizarre fashion herself. When I look back I have to say I certainly don't remember my Barbie dolls having quite such panache! The brilliant masterminds behind these miniature creations have taken a classic figure and modernly adapted her into a rising pop star icon. The highest form of flattery is imitation so prepare to be impressed!

Should it be considered strategic or ironic that Gaga met royalty looking like the Queen of Hearts...
Either way, I'm sure it was one meeting the Queen will never forget!

Okay, I have to tip my hat off to Veik here who not only nails the look of every body's favorite kitty, but succeeds in mimicking the entire aesthetic of Gaga's outfit completely - from the anime-inspired eye makeup to the theatrical pose! Created/ Designed by Veik.

Well, there you have it! Not only has Lady Gaga made herself a common household name, but her style has inspired others to pay homage to her by way of another timeless, classic blond.
In the end, it just goes to show that when you mix ingenuity with a little patience and of two smoking fashion icons...anything is achievable ;)
Oh my god. No kidding. I've never sen all of those outfits before. Some imagination. This is pretty funny. Have to show this to Aryn.
