Now my little ones, we have come to the end of the alphabet, I hope that you have enjoyed this summer's segment and I hope to introduce more trends in the future. Now, without further ado, I introduce to you to...the letter Z....( Anyone else reminded of 'Sesame Street'? No, just me...okay.)
Zippers are lining the runways nowadays and they're doing more than just keeping two peices of fabric together. Zipper teeth have become a hot commodity when adding striking details to normally mundane pieces such a dresses, headbands and purses. In fact, just this past weekend my friend bought a bag from Barney's where zipper teeth were the main attraction...they're everywhere! Not to mention they're tough enough to give clothing an edgy look while at the same time still maintainging a look that's sylish and chic. Don't even get me
started on zipper earrings! I have a pair and everywhere I go people comment on how unique they are (just make sure you can laugh your way through people joking about and or pretending to unzip your ears). This is actually a trend that I am becoming more and more excited about. I love how zippers have gone beyond being simply functional to becoming a way to enhance the aesthetics of 
clothing. :) It's all very groovy and I am feeling this look a thousand times over. So wear a pair in your ears, on your clothes or on your bag, but give this trend a try! you wont' regret it :)
