Fall seems to be in a state of limbo this year. I was surprised to return to a somewhat warmer climate than normal for September. Then again, they say you're never safe from surprise until your dead, and considering that the NYC weather of late has been anything short of unpredictable, something tells me I should just opt to go with the flow. This suits me juuuuuust fine :)
I'm bringing back the opaque tights. It's that time of the season and I fully plan on wearing mine out by the time spring rolls around again, or at least until they've got those kick-ass runs in 
them so I can rock them out in a grunge-like fashion. I got a lot of compliments on my outfit today and I liked the blend of the the more masculine sweater tunic over the delicate chiffon dress; it was an ironic pairing and the ankle boots and black tights were the perfect compliment I felt to balance out the look while giving it a feminine edge.
