This past Tuesday night I attended the 'Street Chic' fashion week Chictopia party sponsered by Forever 21 here in Manhattan
First and foremost, I'd like to thank my wonderful friend, Kara, for accompanying me and indulging my obsessions with fashion & Forever 21 :)
Me sporting my brand new Anna Sui dress from the new 'Gossip Girl' line:D I do so love the first time I get to wear a brand new dress :)
Kara opted for lace & royal purple. It was a stunning contrast against the black and statement necklace keeps it from looking too demure.
Me & my 'Forever 21' gift bag!!! Included jewelry, discount shopping codes, and these super chic eco-friendly water bottles...I've already been using it everday!)
Fashionistas Brenna & Jessica posing at East Broadway
Brenna sporting a pair of kick-ass Steve Madden gladiator heels...love them!!!
Tara, Ashley, Aria & Katherine said their one qualm was that not enough people from the fashion industry was there.
I had to take a pic of this girl who had this sassy Rihanna vibe going on.
The colors were bold, from tattoos to prints.
Me professing my love for the 'Chictopia' cocktail of the evening - limeade infused vodka! Yes please!
Style maven, Tammy, who had me at this rockin' mini (from EXPRESS...I love a girl who gets a good deal ;)
The DJ's spun some ill tunes and also wore these wacky eye-print tunics. Kara said they reminded her of an old 'Tool' music video...
A slightly better look...
