It's the first day of Fall Fashion Week!!!!! WOoooooo! Somewhere I hear model-esque angels singing, LOL. Tonight, to kick-off fashion week with a bang, NYC is hosting the 2009 "Fashion's Night Out"- one massive fashion party where all the top shops and a number of boutiques all over Manhattan open their doors to the public to show them the hottest, newest trends in Fall fashion all while loosening them up with champagne and cocktails! :D There were book-signings, live performances, hor d'oeuvres, fashionistas and designers as far as the eye could see :) Not to mention I had some of my fave friends in tow to hit up the hotspots with who know how to dominate great fashion...it was a pretty good night overall, I have to say! :)(Above...us in Bryant Park...one of the fashion week meccas)
- Brushed "velvet" purple skirt (Forever 21...$14)
- Black tights (Target...$9 for a pair of two...normally I dread wearing tights because I find most either cut off your circulation or are too loose, but these were juuuuuuuust right ;)
- Black & white paint splatter tee (Forever 21...$10.80)
- Black lace-up stilleto ankle boots (Forever 21...$26...I'm in love! These fit like a dream and the heel doesn't kill due to the lace-up ties and ankle support of the boot-like structure)
- Black cardigan (H&M...$24)
