I went with my super comfy gray scoop-neck sweater top (an Old Navy purchase from a few seasons back that I can't live without!) and my "prim and proper" skirt, as I like to refer to it. It's got a little bit of a librarian feel to it and I dig it (It's a Gap skirt that I bought at Beacon's Closet in Williamsburg, it actually goes past my knees but I like to change the look by rolling up the waistband until I find the desired length ;) And to sass it up a bit, I threw on my trusty old fishnets (I'm looking forward to embracing them more in the Spring...my challenge is to keep them classy and avoid the "street-walker" guise that so many people can fall victim to when wearing these bad boys!)
- Gray scoop-neck sweater (Old Navy)
- Brown prairie skirt w/ pink & cream polka dots (from Beacon’s Closet…originally from the Gap)
- Black fishnet stockings (Forever 21…$3.50 for a pack of 3)
- Dark brown bondage boots (gift...purchased in TN)
- Medallion necklace ($2.99)
- Penny for your thoughts bracelet (from outdoor thrift market in NYC...one of most vintage and unique pieces)
- Red double good loop belt (thrift store…$1.00…works with ANY outfit, and who doesn’t love an adjustable belt???)
