Okay, so I know we 're technically leaning into the fall so I'm going to try to get through my last few "summer must-haves" fairly quickly ;)
Wrap dresses often go unnoticed or get the rap for being a tad "
matronly", yet there are some killer wrap dresses that enhance the best parts of a woman's body and do it with a sylish grace (let's not forget folks, that a wrap dress can also be altered to fit you and not the other way around...so those days where you're feeling less than model thin have no effect whatsoever on the fine craftsmanship of a wrap dress ;). Stars wear them and the elusive deep v-neckline can really give the chest a boost in the right direction ;) When in doubt, go with a wrap dress. Even great star mavens like the lovely Kate Hudson knows what a good dress can do for her petite figure. My adorable friend, Kendra, has a pleathora of wrap dresses and everytime i see her I can't help but think how effortlessly chic she is. It's the perfect dress for every body type.

I had this beautiful wrap dress once from Forever 21; it was phenominal, perfect for the office but casual and fun enough for a night out on the town (excuse me, as I get a little choked up), and then in a full-on cleaning about two years ago I foolishly got rid of it, thinking I would come across another one I liked just as much...sadly, it didn't happen. Oh well, I did it to myself but there are still days where I look in my closet and wish I could pull it out. To the right is a dress that is faintly reminiscent of my beloved dress....
Invest in one...every fashionista should have at least one :)
