Okay so as I mentioned before I am a little behind in my blogging, so here is a recap :) Tuesday I decided to wear my brand new thrifted skirt. I love, love, love it to no end! It's so stylized and it reminds me of something that one of the secretaries in 'Mad Men' would wear (plus it's so fitted I get to do the "swishy" walk. I totally rocked it out with my black patent heels...the essential footwear for a skirt this snug).
These earrings are actually clip-ons but I couldn't resist them. I found them at Forever 21 in both black and cream, I still sometimes wish I'd scooped them up in both colors. I've gotten tons of compliments on them and they were only $3.50, plus, I love the zipper rim design!

Later that night: So I invited some of my girls over for cocktails and I wanted to be comfortable. Looking back at this shot I can't help but feel I look a bit like a cheerleader in the midst of a "Readddddy...OK!!" moment. I was never a cheerleader so I mean no offens
