C is for Cerulean & Cobalt: These two power colors are HUGE this summer! Let's just say that if this were high school, these two colors would be the Serena and Blaire of the fashion world;) Not only is it popping up on red carpets and runways everywhere, but it's incredibly flattering on a variety of skin tones! I have to admit, my entire wardrobe has taken a total cerulean/cobalt transformation.
It's just a bold color that brigthens instantly! How can you not be happy while wearing a shade this fun? Even Emma Watson knows the appeal of a popping color when she sees it!
Whether it's make-up, a mini, or just a few simple accessories ...these colors are bound to be a hit!
