Today was "Bring your child to work day" at my office and I have to say...it was AWESOME!!! Getting to see a bunch of kids in any corporate sedtting is comical...as well as ambitious, but those kids completely and totally rocked it out! :) It was a lot of fun and I'm so glad I was involved! Fashion-wise for this day, I knew I wanted to go for a look that was "kid-friendly" yet "mom approved", so to speak and alove all, I wanted to be undeniably comfortable! Today was the first semi-semi-warm day and I thought a light, flowery dress would be appropriate. I love, love, love, love this dress!!! I purchased it last season from Forever21. From the moment I saw it on the hanger in the store, I knew we were destined to be together! Never the less, it was not quite so easy...I didn't buy it immediately and left the store only to realize it was one of those things I just couldn't live without and when I returned, they were SOLD OUT! So, I shamelessly purchased it online and now I can't imagine my life before it!:)
Now, that being covered...I decided with this as my base, a gray cardigan would give enough coverage to keep me warm but it was open enough to let my dress really take center stage. It's got a key-hole neck tie that you can tie in about 100 cute ways in the front and the picture truly does not do it justice! I loved it and when I left for work today my husband told me "I looked beautiful" :) Nuff said!

- Oversized sleeveless knit sweater tunic (Got it from Marshall's on the sale rack!!! CAn you believe this fabulous find??? $15!!!)
