Unfortunately for those of us who live in the city, Spring has not yet sprung. In fact, I'm drowning here in all these April showers, thankfully, I have included utilities so at least my apartment temperature can rival tropic conditions...there's a silver lining to every cloud ;) Anyway, I wanted simple, so I threw on my scoop-neck sweater top from Old Navy and my favorite pair of jeans that fit me to a "t"($12 at Forever 21!!!) and my black glitter ballet flats. To off-set my subdued ensemble I decided to go for bright and happy cobalt blue eye-shadow and lined my eyes with it (to make the color really pop I wet the brush before I rimmed my eyes, the color lasts longer and the combination of the pigment and water really make the blue standout). Add one super sunshine gold belt and I'm in business :)
